My apologies for the long break. The holidays happened, and then the California fires happened!

As you probably know, I lived in California for over 30 years. It was where I danced professionally, worked as a nurse, raised my family, and made oh so many dear friends.

One of my daughters still lives in California. She did evacuate for a time but thankfully, her own family and home are safe.

That said, I do have a couple of friends who lost their homes, and it is all so maddening and sad.

But after a quick trip to check in on my Cali daughter and granddaughter, I am back home on the Cape - safe and sound.

This week's blog post is about how to manage Sunday Scaries! Do you get them? I still do occasionally, and it is not uncommon.

I share with you some facts and tidbits about Sunday Scaries, and how developing a healthy self-care Sunday routine can be very beneficial.
