I hope you are doing well.

Doug and I are happy to have warmer, spring-like weather here on the Cape.

I took my first beach walk today, after being away for many weeks. It was lovely to be out in the fresh air, walking the long Cape Cod sandy beaches, hearing the seagulls, and soaking up the sunshine!

This week, I wanted to share with you an old recipe I've just recently updated - a healthy homemade granola, made with zero oil or processed sugar, only fresh wholesome ingredients.

It's been my go-to lately. If I'm not eating it by the handfuls as a snack, then I am pouring it into a bowl, adding fresh berries, a dollop of my homemade vegan yogurt, and a touch of maple syrup.

So healthy with lots of fiber and nutrition - a guilt-free treat!
