Following a consistent night routine before bed is probably one of the healthiest things you can do for your overall health.

Many people focus on diet and exercise as the main factors for health and sleep often takes a backseat.

A couple of weeks ago I told you about the health risks from sleep deprivation. This week I'd like to share with you how to design a personalized night routine for consistent, quality, sleep.

It doesn't have to be a long, dragged-out process, and the strategies I write about are straightforward, practical, and easy to implement.
