Many people focus on diet and exercise as the main factors for health and sleep often takes a backseat.

A couple of weeks ago I told you about the health risks from sleep deprivation. This week I'd like to share with you how to design a personalized night routine for consistent, quality, sleep.

It doesn't have to be a long, dragged-out process, and the strategies I write about are straightforward, practical, and easy to implement.
