It makes sense if you think about it. Caregiving, although rewarding and fulfilling, can also sometimes be stressful and challenging.

It is this stress, if prolonged, that can set us up for heart disease. Ugh.

In this week's post, I write all about the risks and what we can do about it. Plus I give you 10 super quick and easy tips you can do to decrease your heart disease risk - and they are not what you think - like the typical eat right and exercise.
