We are living in a loneliness epidemic with approximately one in two adults experiencing loneliness - and this statistic was before the 2020 covid pandemic.

The exponential growth of technology has been a blessing and a curse. It is broadening communities while at the same time distracting us from being within society and deeply connecting with others.

Caregivers, despite spending their days caring for others, can experience profound loneliness, even when they are not alone.

In this article, I talk about loneliness and social isolation. I offer practical strategies to combat caregiver loneliness, build meaningful connections, and prioritize your mental health while caring for others.
