I am talking about stress and emotional overload today because, although it is the holiday season, full of fun and exciting times, it can also be filled with many mixed emotions.

For some the holidays prove to be a very difficult time emotionally, so I want to address this because when we are aware, we can work at getting ahead of these feelings rather than letting them take over.

In this week's blog post, we talk about feeling overwhelmed, and I give you 5 good and healthy ways to manage this kind of stress, I also give you 5 common unhealthy ways we tend to hide and try to bury our feelings - been there.
